She holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Southern California and is certified in Level 1 of Orff-Schulwerk teacher training. Known for her personalized teaching approach, YaPing tailors her curriculum to each student’s abilities and interests, achieving high ratings in ABRSM and National Federation of Music Clubs Junior Festival.

She is also a sought-after collaborative pianist, performing regularly with various musicians at venues like the Colburn School of Music and Pasadena Conservatory of Music.
